Paula E. Waters joined Souza Roy in 2024 as a part-time Administrative Assistant.
She is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and from Villanova University with a Master of Science in Human Organization Science.
Prior to joining the firm, she retired from a management career in Human Resources, working for non-profit organizations, government contractors, and major corporations.
She resides in Bowie, Maryland.
