Jason C. Ridgell joined Souza Roy bringing with him 24 years of litigation experience handling a wide variety of matters in the State and Federal courts in Maryland. Neil Adamus is the Firm Administrator and a Paralegal. He was educated at Nazareth College of Rochester, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2001. Neil leads the administrative team and manages the daily operations of the firm.
Michael Witles is the firm’s Systems Manager and joined the firm in October 2023. Michael is a graduate of the University of Southern California Computer Training Center and University of the State of New York.
Hillary Souza is the firm’s Controller and Human Resources Director. Hillary attended Liberty University and has been with the firm since 2006. When she is not working, Hillary spends time with her husband, Dominic, and their five (5) sons.
Michelle Morgan is the firm’s Social Media Manager and has been with Souza LLC since 2016. Michelle graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Hearing and Speech Services and worked for Anne Arundel County Public Schools until 2002 as a Special Education Resource Teacher and as an interpreter.
Melanie Wienke joined Souza Roy in 2024. She attended Anne Arundel Community College and has been a licensed Realtor since 2018
