Jason C. Ridgell joined Souza Roy bringing with him 24 years of litigation experience handling a wide variety of matters in the State and Federal courts in Maryland. Denise Anderson, an Associate Attorney with the firm, is admitted to practice in Maryland (2007) and the District of Columbia (2010). Denise’s practice areas include primarily Wills, Trusts, Estates, Guardianships, and Elder Law, as well as Banking, Business / Corporate, Civil Litigation, Commercial Leasing, Commercial Litigation, Construction Law / Litigation, Employment Law, Franchise Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Non-Profit, Real Estate / Title, and Succession Planning.
Neil Adamus is the Firm Administrator and a Paralegal. He was educated at Nazareth College of Rochester, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2001. Neil leads the administrative team and manages the daily operations of the firm.
Taylor Witles is the firm’s Systems Manager and joined Souza Roy in October 2020. Taylor graduated from South River High School in 2016 and is currently attending Anne Arundel Community College.
Hillary Souza is the firm’s Controller and Human Resources Director. Hillary attended Liberty University and has been with the firm since 2006. When she is not working, Hillary spends time with her husband, Dominic, and their five (5) sons.
Michelle Morgan is the firm’s Social Media Manager and has been with Souza LLC since 2016. Michelle graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Hearing and Speech Services and worked for Anne Arundel County Public Schools until 2002 as a Special Education Resource Teacher and as an interpreter.
