December 20, 2013 — Souza LLC is pleased to announce that Quinn F. Roy, Esquire, has been promoted to Principal of the firm.
Ms. Roy will continue to concentrate her practice in Banking, Business, Corporate, Franchise, Business Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate, Trademark, Transactional, Estates & Trusts. She has been with the firm since 2008.
Commenting on Ms. Roy’s promotion Dominic J. Souza, principal in charge of the firm, stated:

Ms. Roy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Government from the University of Virginia in 1986. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1995. While in law school, Ms. Roy was a member of the University of Colorado Law Review, and served as its Editor-in-Chief in 1994-1995.
